p.(None): (4) The agreement referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall set out the obligations of the third party and the detailed standard operational ones

p.(None): (4) The decision referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article shall be subject to revision after the expiration of a period of four years from its adoption.
p.(None): (5) The decision of the Minister referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article is final and an administrative dispute may be instituted against it.
p.(None): (6) The costs of the procedure for determining the eligibility for transplantation, as well as the taking of human tissues and cells
p.(None): they are borne by health institutions and they represent the revenue of the Republika Srpska budget.
p.(None): (7) The amount of the costs of the procedure referred to in paragraph 6 of this Article shall be determined by a decision of the Minister.

p.(None): l) Coordinate and organize the distribution of human tissues and cells to the health care facilities they perform

p.(None): lj) submit an annual report to the Minister on the performance of his / her duties and the results of the program
