p.(None): Based on Article. 29 sec. 5 of the Act of December 5, 1996 on the professions of doctor and dentist

p.(None): § 1. In the order of the Minister of Health of 28 June 2002 on the appointment of the Appeal Committee

p.(None): "§ 1. An Appeal Bioethics Committee, hereinafter referred to as the" Committee ", is hereby appointed to consider
