p.000098: All criminal intelligence systems operating through support under this chapter shall collect, maintain, and
p.000098: disseminate criminal intelligence information in conformance with policy stand- ards which are prescribed by
p.000098: the Office of Jus- tice Programs and which are written to assure that the funding and operation of
p.000098: these systems furthers the purpose of this chapter and to as- sure that such systems are not utilized
p.000098: in viola- tion of the privacy and constitutional rights of individuals.
p.000098: (d) Violations; fine as additional penalty
p.000098: Any person violating the provisions of this section, or of any rule, regulation, or order is- sued
p.000098: thereunder, shall be fined not to exceed
