ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH1)
of 5 July 2016
amending the ordinance on the establishment of the Bioethics Committee of Appeal
Based on Article. 29 sec. 5 of the Act of December 5, 1996 on the professions of doctor and dentist
(Journal of Laws of 2015, items 464, 1633, 1991 and 2199 and of 2016, items 65 and 960) it is ordered as follows:
§ 1. In the order of the Minister of Health of 28 June 2002 on the appointment of the Appeal Committee
Bioetyczna (Journal of Laws of the Ministry of Health, item 35, of 2007, item 91, of 2011, item 16 and of 2012, item 2)
the following changes:
1) § 1 is replaced by the following:
"§ 1. An Appeal Bioethics Committee, hereinafter referred to as the" Committee ", is hereby appointed to consider
resolutions of bioethical committees at: regional medical chamber, medical university or university with a faculty
medical facility and at a research institute, composed of:
1) PhD in law Dobrochna Bach-Golecka;
2) Fr. prof. dr hab. Wojciech Bołoz;
3) prof. dr hab. n. med. Andrzej Górski;
4) dr hab. n. med. Romuald Krajewski;
5) Jacek Piątkiewicz, MD, PhD;
6) dr hab. n. hum. Janusz Sytnik-Czetwertyński;
7) prof. dr hab. n. med. Ewa Tuszkiewicz-Misztal;
8) prof. dr hab. Jacek Wciórka, MD;
9) PhD in law. Agata Wnukiewicz-Kozłowska. ”;
2) after § 1, § 1a and 1b are added as follows:
"§ 1a. The expenses related to the work of the Commission are covered from the state budget, from part 46 - Health, section 851
- Healthcare, chapter 85195 - Other activities, with some remaining at disposal
Department of Science and Higher Education at the Ministry of Health.
1) The Minister of Health manages the health government administration department, pursuant to § 1 para. 2 of the regulation
Of the Prime Minister of November 17, 2015 on the detailed scope of activities
Of the Minister of Health (Journal of Laws item 1908).

§ 1b. The organizational and technical service of the Commission is provided by the Department of Science and Higher Education in
Ministry of Science and Higher Education. ”.
§ 2. The order shall enter into force on the day following its announcement.
