Instructions for use E-mail Home Law on Amendments to the Law on Blood and Blood Products Law, OG 124 / 2011-2476 More  CROATIAN PARLIAMENT 2476 Pursuant to Article 89 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, I hereby DECISION ON THE DECLARATION OF THE LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON BLOOD AND BLOOD PREPARATION I hereby declare the Law on Amendments to the Law on Blood and Blood Products, adopted by the Croatian Parliament at its session of 21 October 2011. LAW ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LAW ON BLOOD AND BLOOD PREPARATIONS Article 1 In the Law on Blood and Blood Products (Official Gazette 79/06), after Article 1 the following Article 1a is added: »Article 1a This Act contains provisions which are in accordance with the following acts of the European Union: - Directive 2002/98 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 2003 laying down quality and safety standards for collection, the testing, processing, storage and circulation of human blood and blood components, amending Directive 2001/83 / EC (OJ L 033, 8.2.2003), - Directive 2004/33 / EC of 22 March 2004 implementing Directive 2002/98 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain technical requirements for blood and blood components (OJ L 091, 30.3.2004), - Commission Directive 2005/61 / EC of 30 September 2005 implementing Directive 2002/98 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards requirements traceability and notification of serious adverse reactions and events (OJ L 256, 1.10.2005), - Directive 2005/62 / EC of 30 September 2005 implementing Directive 2002/98 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards standards and Community specifications regarding the quality of blood establishments (OJ L 256, 1.10.2005). ". Article 2 In Article 2, point 8, after the word: "treatment", the comma is replaced by a point and the text: "The term authorized health care institution does not include hospital transfusion units, «. Article 3 In Article 8, paragraph 3, the word "employ" is replaced by the word "secure." After paragraph 3, a new paragraph 4 is added to read: »The responsible person referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article is an employee of the Croatian Institute for Transfusion Medicine, and the tasks of the responsible person are authorized. performs health care on the basis of a contract concluded between the Croatian Institute for Transfusion Medicine and an authorized health care institution. " The previous paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 5. Article 4 In Article 20, paragraph 1, the words: "Croatian Institute for Transfusion Medicine" are replaced by the word: "Ministry". Article 5 In Article 22, the words: "Croatian Institute for Transfusion Medicine" are replaced by the word: "Ministry". Article 6 The Croatian Institute for Transfusion Medicine and authorized health institutions are obliged to harmonize their operations and acts with the provisions of this Law in within 90 days of its entry into force. Article 7 This Law shall enter into force on the eighth day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
