Chapter 3 Committee of the Medical Council

Section 17 Elected members and members holding various positions under Section 15 must have the following qualifications:
(1) being a medical practitioner
(2) being a person who has never been suspended or revoked his license.

Chapter 5 Control of Medical Practice
Section 26 No person shall practice the medicine profession or show by any means that it is ready to practice the medicine profession.
