Reference methodology MR-001
Health research with consent
The MR-001 reference methodology frames the treatments including
health and of a public interest nature, carried out as part of research
requiring the consent of the data subject or that of their representatives
legal. It is specified that the consent mentioned in the reference methodology is relative
participating in patient research and / or agreeing to perform an examination
genetic characteristics, not the legal basis for processing within the meaning of the GDPR. It's about
more specifically interventional research, including risky research and
minimal constraints, clinical drug trials and research requiring
carrying out an examination of genetic characteristics. Individual patient information
is obligatory. The data controller undertakes to collect only the data
strictly necessary and relevant to the research objectives.
