Pursuant to Article 89 of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, I hereby
DECISION
ON THE DECLARATION OF THE AMENDING LAW ON MEDICINAL PRODUCTS
I am promulgating the Law on Amendments to the Medicines Act, adopted by the Croatian Parliament at its session on 15 July 2014.

LAW
AMENDING THE MEDICINAL LAW
Article 1.
In the Medicines Act (Official Gazette 76/13) in Article 234, paragraph 2, the words: "or for a maximum of 12 months from the date of entry into force of this Act"
shall be replaced by the words: "or no later than 1 July 2015".
Article 2
This Law shall enter into force on the first day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
